Hargrove, LLC is an event production agency that specializes in live, hybrid, and virtual events. Their events are known for their jaw-dropping displays, designs, and effects. We have partnered with Hargrove on a number of occasions to help design 3D elements for their exhibits, but this was our first project together.
In 2019, Hargrove made an appearance at the Sephora beauty event with their Innisfree display. From greenery to lighting, a green scooter to branded signage, this trade show booth had it all. Our contribution was the larger-than-life Innisfree bottle with sprayers.
This project required a quick turnaround – only 2 weeks from start to finish. Chris, our custom fabricator, used the actual product dimensions and shape to come up with the basic design. He suggested sculpting the leaves to give the bottle a natural look and go with the overall theme of the booth. The bottle and leaves were sculpted from EPS foam and hard coated with an acrylic hard coat process. The base was constructed from Ply. Then, the entire surface was sanded, prepped, and painted before the vinyl letters were applied.
Transportation is an important part of any prop project. Chris delivered this product replica to the client himself, and they took care of transporting it to the event.
