Can you believe it’s been one year since the COVID-19 pandemic hit, and life as we know it was turned upside down? I wanted to take this time to reflect on all of the lessons I’ve learned, both personally and professionally, over the last 12 months.
Here are a few takeaways I’ve noted over the past year:
- Craving personal interaction has caused people to open up more.
- I’ve learned more about my clients, my team, and my broader business network than I have ever before.
- It pays off to be more empathetic and see every individual as a human being with unique struggles.
- I need patience, flexibility and forgiveness for those I interact with AND myself.
